NSW: Funeral service for Waterfall victim to be held today

A funeral service for one of the seven victims of the Waterfall train disaster on Sydney'ssouthern outskirts will be held today, with two others to follow tomorrow.

Funeral notices say a service for MARIE-GENEVIEVE GODER, aged 35, of Mortdale, willbe held today at St Therese Catholic Church at Lakemba, in Sydney's south-west.

Ms GODER was one of seven killed when the 6.24 am train from Central to Port Kembladerailed and crashed near Waterfall.
